COCHECO RIVER
Paddle one of the seacoast's lovely tidal rivers. Paddling along the historic downtown Dover, NH and arriving at the Salmon Falls River this paddle offers a therapeutic paddle for all skill levels.

LAMPREY RIVER
The Lamprey River is picturesque tidal river tucked away in the quaint historic town of Newmarket, NH. Begin your paddle alongside the brick and stone mill buildings, making your way out to Great Bay Estuary. Grab a bite to eat before or after your tour at one of the sweet restaurants within walking distance.

SAGAMORE CREEK
Sagamore Creek is a beautiful tidal creek that spills into the back channel of Newcastle Island. This diverse waterway is situated between Portsmouth Harbor and Little Harbor.
This little sanctuary has many paddling opportunities, lots of islands to explore and an array of wildlife!
